BORIKA Accessory Mount in the Assembly with Swivel-Tilt Adapter FAv210

Technical Details:
This mount is designed for fixing accessories provided with male adapters shaped as a 12 pointed star, and adding them a tilt option. The design comprises an accessory mount and an adapter with 27.7 side splines fastened together in tilt joint with M6*50 DIN 931 bolt and an M6 DIN 934 nut. For fixing a tilt position is intended the hex knob nut. The mount comprises a female adapter. The design comprises the male adapter, used for fixing the structure in any pre-installed mounting system. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. Fasteners — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel (except for the M6 DIN 934 brass nut).




Product description:
FAv210 is an excellent solution for adding tilting capabilities to accessories. It can also be used to create various assemblies with tilt joints.
The male adapter of the FAv210 can be installed into any BORIKA FASTen® accessory mount and fully rotated in 30° increments.
The mount, which is included in the assembly, is compatible with any BORIKA FASTen® accessories. Using BORIKA FASTen® transition adapters you can also install in it some accessories from SCOTTY®, RAM® , RAILBLAZA® , YakAttack® or carp fishing tackles.
The mount and the adapter are fastened together in the tilt joint. By loosening the knob nut, you can select any tilt angle in 27.7° increments, and fixate the chosen position by tightening it.
The mount has the ROLL & LOCK fixing system: to install accessories, switch the locking mechanism into the open position (by turning the mount counterclockwise), insert an adapter all the way into the splines, and turn the mount clockwise.
Materials: fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel.

Tips on using & installation:
The joint can be supplemented with various extenders with 27.7° side splines. If there is a need for more precise tilt adjustments, you can add the Dp230 adapter washers with smaller splines to the assembly. It will reduce the tilt increments to 7.5°.
To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
