Technical Details:
Designed for mounting accessories with 27.7° side splines on the boltrope of PVC inflatable vessels. The tilt joint of the pad has double-sided 27.7° splines and includes two Dp230 adapter washers with 7.5° splines, a spring, an end plug, a hex knob and fasteners: M6*60 DIN 933 bolt and M6 DIN 985 nut. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. The pad is completed with two PVC elastic linings (5 mm thickness), equipped with 3M VHB tape. Fasteners and the spring are made of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel (except for the M6 DIN 985 brass nut).

The Mx mounting system allows for making assemblies with tilt accessories, which have 27.7° side splines, and install them on a boltrope of inflatables (a mounting rope that is glued to the cylinder of PVC inflatables using two-component polyurethane adhesive).
The tilt joint is equipped with adapter washers that allow you to adjust the tilt of the fixed accessory with 7.5° increments.
With this mounting kit almost all BORIKA FASTen® tilt accessories can be mounted on PVC inflatables (Ht213, SLt223, SSt223, etc.), except those with increased loads.
Materials: fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, PVC, A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel, brass.

Tips on using & installation:
An important advantage of mounting on the boltrope is that you don't have to waste time on installation or wait for the adhesive to dry. The accessory can be easily dismantled without leaving marks on the surface of the vessel.
In order to minimize the gap between the mounting pad and the inflatable cylinder, elastic pads equipped with 3M VHB tape, used to get a good grip on the inflatable cylinder, are included in the assembly.
It is recommended to install the system on the half-inflated cylinder.
To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
